Thermopanel based on the wooden framework

Thermopanel based on the framework of dry planed structural timber of strength class from C-24 to EN 338. Each board is tested on the flexure on a computerized line, and then is stamped on it according to the European certification. Timber goes through drying chamber, becomes sterile and will not be damaged by pests. High-quality plated timber four-fold increases its fire resistance in case of fire, the fire slides on its surface and does not penetrate into the material. Only such type of boards are used for the frame.

Each thermopanel is designed individually, according to the bearing loads. The stability of the framework is provided by covering of the frame on both sides by construction plates, if necessary, also by the installation of additional constructions under plates. The frame is fulfilled by the insulation of mineral or rock wool and the surface of inner wall is covered by steam resistance. Inside the panels are installed cable channels and mounting boxes for outlets and switches.
