Thermopanel based on the framework of the thermal profile

Each thermopanel is designed individually, according to the bearing loads. The stability of the framework is provided by covering of the frame on both sides by construction plates, if necessary, also by the installation of additional constructions under plates. The frame is fulfilled by the insulation of mineral or rock wool and the surface of inner wall is covered by steam resistance. Inside the panels are installed cable channels and mounting boxes for outlets and switches.

Thermal profile:

Thermoprofile, or thermal sheathing is made of galvanized steel S350GD + Z275, which corresponds to the mark Ragal 350, for the manufacture of frames and facades of exterior walls. Strength and good exposure to steel processing creates the ability to produce light, thin, but at the same time, solid construction. Perforation is located in the central part of the cross-section of the profile interrupts the stream of heat, greatly reducing the thermal conductivity of the steel sheet. The conduction of heat of thermal profile and wooden beam of the same cross-cut is on the same level. Characteristics of sound insulation of thermal profile walls also at a good level. Thermal profile is not a combustible material and does not change its geometrical dimensions, depending on climatic conditions.

It is provided by using in the construction of the walls of the frame house the modern efficient thermal insulation with a thickness of 125 mm to 350 mm.

The lifetime of our manufactured houses depends on the lifetime of the frame of thermoprofile. Thermopanels for house are made of galvanized steel with zinc consumption rate of 275 g / sq.m., And, according to research by British Steel, in accordance with the natural emissions of zinc, the lifetime of such structures is more than 100 years.

1. Reinforced gypsum board Gyproc GEK 13 – 12.5 mm (specifications can be found on the manufacturer’s website www.gyproc.com)

2. Steam insulation membrane 200 um.

3. Stone wool of basalt rock Rockwool, Paroc – 150/200/250 mm (thermal conductivity λ = 0,035 W / (m • K)

4. The frame of the thermal profile, width 125/150/175/200/225/250/300/350 mm.

5. Wind-proof gypsum board Gyproc GTS 9 – 9.5 mm. (technical specifications can be found on the manufacturer’s website www.gyproc.com

Thermopanel Hanswell Premium consists of:

1. Homogeneous non-combustible gypsum board Glasroc Rigidur H – 12,5 mm. (technical specifications can be found on the manufacturer’s website www.certainteed.com)

2. Steam insulation membrane 200 um.

3. Stone wool of basalt rock Rockwool, Paroc – 150/200/250 mm (thermal conductivity λ = 0,035 W / (m • K)

4. The frame of the thermal profile, width 125/150/175/200/225/250/300/350 mm.
